Graphics Driver Downloads

We recommend you update your graphics card drivers to the latest available version before running Earthsim. To make this easier, we've listed the driver download pages of the main graphics card manufacturers below, and described how to determine which drivers you will need to download.

To find out what graphics hardware you have:

• Right click on an empty part of your Windows desktop and select "Properties" at the bottom of the menu.
• Click on the "Settings" tab at the top-right of the window.
• Click on the "Advanced" button on the bottom-right of the window.
• Click on the "Adapter" tab at the top of the window. The "Adapter String" shows you the model of graphics hardware you have.

To download and install a new driver:

• For GeForce, Quadro or RIVA, click here: NVIDIA
• For RADEON, ALL-IN-WONDER, RAGE or any other ATI graphics hardware, find the "Catalyst Driver download" in here: ATI
• For SiS graphics hardware, click here: SiS
• For Intel graphics - click Intel then select "Graphics" from the "Select Your Product" menu on the left.
